Nice comfortable rooms with a large balcony overlooking the gardens. |The staff very friendly and helpful unfortunately there was no lift but they took our heavy suitcase up to our room. |We took taxis into Cuellar that cost 5€. |If you are driving to the hotel leave on exit 57 and take the service road that will bring you to the hotel.

There is not much decent places to stay in and around Cuellar. We where advised to go to Florida, a bit outside the city alongside the road to Madrid. The hotel itself has only 10 rooms. The rooms are OK, with double or 2 single beds, there is free wifi but it is a bit slow. The bathroom is of a decent size. All in all the room is good, could be very good if there was a bit more attention to the cleaning aspect. It is not dirty, not at all, but I found too many long hairs on the bathroom floor. OK I swiped these away with a towel, but nevertheless it should not be there. The best part of the Florida is the restaurant, very nice dishes good quality food, nothing to complain about. Would I go back, yes I think so, there is not much else around and for sure the restaurant is a big plus.

Estuvimos en el restaurante y fue todo genial. La comida buenísima y el trato expecional. Viajamos con 2 niñas celíacas y toda la carta salvo las croquetas era sin gluten. Les pusieron una baguette sin gluten a cada una, y un coulant s/g buenísimo .

La comida que disfrutamos en el restaurante estaba espectacular. Fuimos a celebrar una primada y nos dieron ub menú cerrado con mucha variedad de platos y todos muy ricos. El servicio siempre con una sonrisa en la boca lo que se agradece mucho y siempre con muy buenas formas. El jardin exterior es muy bonito y se notan que cuidan los detalles porque está todo en perfecto estado. Recomendable.

Fantástico!!! Siempre que he ido a este restaurante el servicio y la atención ha sido excelente. Además hoy nos han servido uno de los mejores asados 🐑 que he comido nunca.
